Caren Kelley is the National Equestrian Director for Compass and leads the Equestrian Real Estate Group. She is an expert in equestrian, land and luxury residential property sales. With over $1 Billion worth of successfully completed transactions, including many of the most notable, high value properties in Southern California, her experience, market leadership and caring commitment adds value to every client.
Prior to joining Compass, Caren founded Equestrian Real Estate which quickly became the clear market leader in equestrian property sales in Southern California. Among her notable recent accomplishments are Seller representation of a $28 million ranch sold to a top thoroughbred owner in 2015, the sale of 400 acres for $12.75 million, the representation of a luxury Rancho Santa Fe home seller in 2012 which set the highest price point in the Covenant for almost 5 years, and the sale of the iconic “Oaks” property in San Juan Capistrano, formerly owned by Joan Irvine Smith

Before launching Equestrian Real Estate, Caren was a top ranked commercial broker, completing many investment transactions including the sale of two office towers in downtown San Diego.She was honored by SDCCAR as the “Deal Maker of the Year” for her role in an innovative $32 million redevelopment transaction.Caren’s equestrian riding experience ranges from humble beginnings as a working student to successful show jumping competition as a professional rider at the Grand Prix level.
A long term resident of Del Mar, California, Caren loves her neighborhood and appreciates serving valued clients with all their real estate needs. She and her husband, Craig Kelley, have two children, both of whom attended Del Mar schools and graduated from Torrey Pines High School.

Angela was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from the University of San Diego. She is a Real Estate agent and certified transaction coordinator. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she was an Executive Assistant for several years in the Technology industry.
As an assistant for Equestrian Real Estate, Angela’s diligence and attention to detail is appreciated by her team members and our clients. Her abilities to think creatively and anticipate problems before they occur, strategically plan and cheerfully shift gears in response to changing demands are a vital part of our efforts to consistently provide A+ service.
When Angela is not busy with real estate, she enjoys yoga, hiking, taking her bulldog to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

A San Diego native, Eric has spent nearly his entire life immersed in the equine industry. As a junior rider, Eric won numerous national and world titles under the direction of Bob and Anne Speck’s Rancho Del Mar. After graduating from The Bishop’s School in La Jolla, Eric moved to Missouri to study Equine Science and became a professional at age 17.
While living in Missouri, he worked for the famed Callaway Hills Stables, where he started, trained, showed, and sold over $1,000,000 in horses by the age of 22. Upon returning to Southern California in 2008, Eric and his wife Austin opened Majestic Farms LLC, a high-end Saddlebred and Morgan training barn located in San Marcos. They continue their winning ways in both breeds and successfully compete at the World Championships each year. To date, horses and riders under their direction have won over 45 National, Reserve World, and World titles.
Eric brings to the real estate world a working knowledge of the horse industry which includes experience with breeding facilities, show venues, training barns, and boarding facilities. His extensive experience in negotiations and his will to ascertain solutions to nearly any challenge make him an asset. Similar to the horses he trains, Eric approaches each real estate transaction objectively and is able to assess the strengths, weaknesses, and potential of a given property.
Eric has served as the United Professional Horseman’s Association Chapter 1 Chairperson, is a lifetime member of the Twin Oaks Valley Equestrian Association, and participates regularly at the Twin Oaks Valley Sponsor Group meetings.

After graduating from San Diego State University, Lori sold luxury residential real estate in coastal Orange County and was certified as a relocation specialist. Now Lori specializes in the coastal areas of Del Mar, Solana Beach, and Encinitas. Lori prides herself in her honesty with clients and ability to listen to their unique needs. “I am always willing to go the extra mile. I believe two major factors contributing to my success are my positive attitude and sincere dedication to my clients.”
When Lori is not at Equestrian Real Estate, she can be found tending her vegetable garden and hiking in Torrey Pines Reserve with her husband and three children.
